Items altered or modified for testing are not eligible for return. Returned items must match the original item delivered and be in the same condition as shipped (except verified shipping damage).

• Report issues in writing via mail or email so we can investigate.
• Contact support before returning any item to obtain an RMA.
• Return the item within 7 business days of receiving the RMA.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• After inspection and approval, we issue a refund for the purchase price or send a replacement.
