After payment is confirmed, we verify availability and readiness for shipment and may share product photos for your review prior to dispatch.

• Approve provided photos within the requested timeframe.
• We share tracking and freight details after dispatch.
• Small items ship to billing address; large items may require a commercial address.
• If a forklift is required, arranging and paying for it is the customer's responsibility.
• Inspect packaging on delivery and note damage on the delivery receipt.
